I am very disappointed with this dealership. Salesmen treat you like your stupid and incompetent and will lie right to your face. Service used to be good. I come in for a oil change and was greeted by a treat you like your stupid and incompetent and will lie right to your face. Service used to be good. I come in for a oil change and was greeted by a very rude person at the service counter. Telling me I have to wait for 2 hours after having a appointment time. I don't know what happened to this dealership it was great about 8 years ago but it has turned into one of the worst I have delt with. I have started going to Toyota of Grand Rapids it is worth the 25 mile drive to be spoken to and treated with some dignity. More
