Crown Mercedes-Benz Dublin - Service Center

I have been so disappointed with the service here. I have waited 25 minutes or more just to have my car taken in for service by the person who made the appointment while the three other service reps are sitt waited 25 minutes or more just to have my car taken in for service by the person who made the appointment while the three other service reps are sitting there with no one. They are stingy with loaner cars and the reps need some classes on customer service. The loaner cars they do have are the smallest and cheapest Mercedes makes. I love my Mercedes, but I will be buying a Lexus SUV again because you just CAN'T beat the service... At least this is true in the Columbus area. More

Kevin Kelly was one of the best service managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Kelly took the time to explain the repairs necessary to my Mercedes and the pricing. I would highly recommend Ken Stuart as a sales representative at Crown Mercedes. He is extremely professional, patient and knowledgable. The service manager was extremely accommodating and willing to get the job finished while I was there without having to return. While waiting I looked at new models and was helped by my previous salesman, Ken. He spent several hours with me going over new models and at the end of the day, I drove a new GL 450 home. I tookk my 2000 s430 in for service and as usual, worked with Seth. He is a great service rep in that he is very knowledgeable and carefully explains the service being accomplished. While I was waiting during my car's service, I walked around the car lot and found an E350 that seemsd to be calling my name! Richard Norman came out and talked to me about the car. At that point I wasn't thinking of trading cars, but after working with Richard and the outstanding price offered on both the new car and my S430,I couldn't pass it up. When I picked the car up the next day, he thoroughly went over all of it's features so I felt confident in it's operation. I must say that Richard's exuberant personality made the trading of cars an extremely pleasurable event fot me. More

He and his staff were able to take care of my car problems quickly. Seth was very personable as well as knowledgeable and accommodating. He could not have been any nicer.
