My CLS 550 command center was on the fritz. I called to have it serviced and while they were very ready and willing to do the work, they were very booked for the week and couldn't take me until the end of have it serviced and while they were very ready and willing to do the work, they were very booked for the week and couldn't take me until the end of the week or the next. Problem is, I was going to be traveling then and requested an accommodation for an earlier appointment because of that. Both Justin and Mike worked on my request and made it happen. I took the car in that day and it was fixed by the next, and they fixed me up with a loaner too. I have found Crown and their employees to always strive to do their best for the customer. When enduring an unfortunate "hit-and-run" incident while traveling last week, Dave was on my top list to contact. After assessing the damage, he gave me great recommendations and even set me up with a spare C300 while my car was taken to the certified Mercedes repair shop. I can't thank him enough as I'm currently almost 9 months pregnant and his generous efforts have definitely made this incident easier to digest and has allowed me to continue my life as usual.
