After reading the impressive positive dealer reviews we chose to bring the car to Crown Mercedes - and did we make the right choice! From the moment we drove into the service bay and met David Kohler everything went perfectly. David thoroughly explained the repairs for the car and the time needed to receive parts. We left the car at Crown and continued our trip in a rental. Despite being out of the area, David kept us informed on the repair progress. The repairs are excellent - the car looks like nothing happened. Our service experience with Crown Mercedes and David in particular was outstanding! More

He really gets to know his clients. The last time I scheduled a service I forgot to schedule a loaner car. On the few occasions that this 16 year old Mercedes has had other than normal maintenance issues, Todd has shown a keen ability to nail down the solution based on just a brief description of the problem. I knew where my car was parked when I was picking it up today and proceeded to walk toward it as I left Todd's office. He insisted on coming with me to make certain that the car was properly cleaned before I departed. it is the little things that make such a difference in service experiences.
