Excellent Worked with Dave Kohler on both of our Mercedes on the same day. He managed to fit them in with minimum interference with out busy day. The older car needed to have parts ordered which he did promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. The new GLK was taken care of immediately and returned to service in record time. He arranged for a car to drive with no hassle. I always get the impression that Dave is my friend and wants me to be satisfied no matter what.
