Very pleased with the service! Just had a very quick, easy & satisfactory experience with Crown Mercedes in Dublin, OH. Mike Lyons was the service rep and he did a terrific job - I Just had a very quick, easy & satisfactory experience with Crown Mercedes in Dublin, OH. Mike Lyons was the service rep and he did a terrific job - I had an oddball electronic mishap & turned out the battery needed changed, but everything from the call to Mercedes toll free road service, to the look see to re setting the computer & the great car wash they provide as a courtesy was such a pleasure!
