Shen saves the day! When the battery in my GLK went bad right before a long scheduled trip for a board meeting, I was worried. Shen got me in for service right away and When the battery in my GLK went bad right before a long scheduled trip for a board meeting, I was worried. Shen got me in for service right away and made sure my car was all checked and ready so I could travel to my meeting. Great dealership I've owned Mercedes for the last 25 years and I've always taken them this dealership. Mike Lyons is terrific to work with. The service on the vehicle is always done in a timely fashion and I've never had occasion to take the car back because something wasn't done right. More
