Great Service Department I had the unfortunate luck of hitting a pot hole on I70 and got a flat tire. I called David Kohler in service to see if he could take care of me. He told me to bring it in, so I limped up to Dublin on my run flat tire. I had been in for my B service a few weeks prior and Dave noticed an issue with my seat cover. He ordered a new one as a warranty replacement without me asking. He got my order written up and got me on my way quickly. He’s very customer oriented and a big plus for Crowne. More

I checked out pricing by another company for this service, but came back here because it was/is just always fairly priced with very good service. My service person was David Kohler at this most recent appointment. He was efficient, kind and knowledgeable. I've worked with Dave before and he always keeps me informed by making sure that anything beyond the reg. scheduled service is explained along with a cost estimate. My car was returned to washed and vacuumed which was very wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership for purchase and/or maintenance. More
