Service I had a repair done on my new GT. The problem was not Mercedes fault but it was a fault of a third party installer. This was a very detailed repair an I had a repair done on my new GT. Made a recall appointment 4 weeks ahead of time. Took the day off work and drove 1.5 hours to drop car off. 2 hours later I'm notified they didn't order all the parts and they need my car for 4 more days. Th day off work and drove 1.5 hours to drop car off. 2 hours later I'm notified they didn't order all the parts and they need my car for 4 more days. They had my Vin number and the recall info to order parts for 4 weeks and couldn't get it done. I couldn't leave my car for 4 more days 1.5 hours from home. The entire time I was dealing with the service manager who obviously has no idea how to run a service department. I will never step foot in crown again. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! More

Bryan Moser is Highly Recommended I have been coming to Crown Eurocars since 2001. I have purchased two Mercedes Benzes from them. Crown has serviced my car consistently throughout t I have been coming to Crown Eurocars since 2001. I have purchased two Mercedes Benzes from them. Crown has serviced my car consistently throughout the years and is one of the reasons each of my cars have run well for so many years. My most recent service experience was one of my best. All of the Crown employees wore masks and practiced good sanitizing procedures. Their behavior made me feel safer during this pandemic scare. Bryan Moser was the best. As my service representative, he answered all my questions on additional servicing with complete explanations. He didn't pressure me or rush me. He went the extra step to accommodate a special request. I will definitely ask for him in the future. More

He scheduled the repair immediately and let me know the approximate cost as well as the time required for the work. Thanks to his efforts and careful attention, including the ordering of a replacement part right away, I got my car back in two days rather than the three Bryan mentioned was possible. Finally, when I came in to pick up my car, I was in and out of the dealership in just a few minutes. So all in all, my experience was great, thanks largely to Bryan. More
