Shen Saguisi - Assist. Service Director at Crown Eurocars was very helpful during my visit. He went above and beyond in supporting his customers. It was my first time to have my car annual maintenance at t was very helpful during my visit. He went above and beyond in supporting his customers. It was my first time to have my car annual maintenance at this location and I look forward in coming back again at this site, I normally go in the other location in Easton but I like the people here better they are very friendly, approachable and accommodating. Dave Kohler is always on top of his game. He is profession, personable, gets me in and out promptly, and best of all, I trust the guidance he provides on how to keep our Benzs maintained well. We purchased a new GLE350 and had an issue with a warning light coming on while on a trip. We took the car to Crown and Cory got up and met us, called us by name (after not seeing us since early August) and light coming on while on a trip. We took the car to Crown and Cory got up and met us, called us by name (after not seeing us since early August) and took the car to service for us. The car was washed and had answer for us within a few minutes. We did not have an appointment to get this done as we live two hours away and just happened to be in the area to visit our son. A tremendous experience with a most positive outcome. Great job Cory! More
