Not only has he managed the complete and comprehensive care of our families three cars - he has maintained it thru challenges created by our personal health situations but also thru regulatory conditions due to the recent pandemic. Normally, I work with Shen, but he wasn't available. Bryan Moser stepped up and handled our non-emergency, but time critical car maintenance needs. Our daughter is taking her car up to college in the northeast. Bryan was able to get her car in for all the maintenance needs, plus add much needed new tires.
