I had a horrible experience at the other Mercedes Dealership in Columbus on the East side. Walked out in the middle of the conversation and left. It was that bad! This was completely the opposite! Had to bring my car in for an unplanned tire patch. I was scheduled a few weeks later for routine service / maintenance and Shen Saguisi paid attention to that upcoming appointment. He asked if I would was scheduled a few weeks later for routine service / maintenance and Shen Saguisi paid attention to that upcoming appointment. He asked if I would like to take care of the tire, routine service and recall maintenance all at the same time, with the convenience of a loaner car. This worked out perfectly and I so appreciated his attention to detail and his professionalism. The best service experiences I've had a CROWN to date. I would like to single out Dave Kohler as being the main contact for all my service needs at anytime I call. All three present themselves as professional and always treat me like family.
