They are are the nicest people to deal with. I hit something in the road and slashed my tire. I was so scared as I watched my tire pressure drop. Todd Johnson at Crown Eurocars did a great job of squeezing my car in for service as I got a screw in the rear tire over the Thanksgiving break. Beware, Crown performed repairs to my Sprinter without authorization and caused a significant increase in fuel consumption and DEF use. Crown says Mercedes instructed them to perform the repairs for the e authorization and caused a significant increase in fuel consumption and DEF use. Crown says Mercedes instructed them to perform the repairs for the emissions scandal class action lawsuit( I opted out of this settlement). Service manager called and apologized for performing repairs , says Crown wanted to make everything right. I explained added costs I was incurring, and Crown refuses to pay for costs or return vehicle to prior condition. I recommend being very careful with service appointments. More
