Not sure all of the positive reviews here. Are people being paid. This is the highest and most corrupt dealer I have ever seen in my life in service. I will list 3 of my experiences. Took a GL450 to them as the air ride was malfunctioning. Was told that it needed all 4 air shocks. Which is xxxx near impossible for them all to fail at once. Was also told it needed the Air ride compressor. Total over 6000 dollars. I took it out of there to a different shop and mechanic. The repair was 76.00 dollars as a level sensor was stuck. have not had a problem since. Second time. Took a slk230 in for multiple codes. Crown told me it needed a supercharger for over 4000 dollars. The codes were for a relay that was a technical service bulletin. They were definitely aware of the bulletin as it comes right up in the software when these exact codes are present. I replaced the relay for 27.00 dollars and no problem anymore. The 3rd and final time was for sure the last straw. Took a S class in to get the modules in the trunk tested to see which one was not functioning. Anyone can check all of the modules in an hour easily. I was called and told they would need 2 more hours because it was complicated. I had no choice so i agreed. I then called the next day to check the status of the car. My service writer was off so I asked the one available. I inquired if they had time to finish the diagnosis. This is when I was told the car had not even been checked in to the building yet. No one had even attempted to look at it. They just wanted more money. I called and explained this to the Service manager and he just laughed. This is the worst dealership you can take your Mercedes too. If you want a clean car and to feel good then maybe it is right for you. If you do not want to pay hundreds and thousands more to fix your car then do not take your car here under any circumstances. It is time accountability comes in to play in these big stores that take advantage of everyone. The service writer you hand your keys too. You should know he is paid commission on what he sells you. Do you think it is a coincidence every time you go there they find 1000's in repair. It is not. Save your money and go to the smaller shops. You will be glad you did and so will your wallet. The above repairs and estimates I talked about are all facts from this store. Should be illegal. More
I’m moving and I called because I was near my 60,000 mile maintenance. I was told they couldnt get me in until after I relocated which would of caused me to have to drive back to Columbus area. He got me in next morning. Tyler is a great guy and a excellent parts advisor . I purchased the pre paid plan and he explained mileage and dates it will expire so I don’t miss out on anything I paid for. I really like Tyler. Wouldn’t want to do business with anyone else. After doing some research, I finally decided to take my car to Crown Mercedes Benz - Dublin they were very knowledgeable, and have a genuine concern for you and your vehicle. They addressed every concern I had and got my car fixed right away. My advisor was Dave Kohler, he kept up great communication, went above and beyond to explain what was wrong with my car and I got my car in and out on the same day.
