I just traded off my 2002 CLK 320 Mercedes convertible (98,000 miles) for a 2007 pontiac G6 GT hardtop convertible (23,000 miles), purchased at Jack Maxton. I originally bought my Mercedes at a non-Mercedes dealer and was having it serviced elsewhere, but kept encountering problems. When I took the Mercedes to Crown, Seth Kinniard assisted me. He and his staff were able to take care of my car problems quickly. Seth was very personable as well as knowledgeable and accommodating. He could not have been any nicer. I have been more than pleased with their service. Mr Ron Shook professionlism is over the top. He goes out of his way to do everything possible to take care of my auto and explains all details to me. My wife and I had gone to other Mercedes dealerships including another in columbus,and no one had a CL550 for us to test drive. Crown did not either, but the difference became apparently quickly when our sales representative and manager immediatley began searching for one. I was hopeful that I would be able to test drive one perhaps in a week or so... one arrived at the dealership within half an hour! It is this type of service which set them apart from any other car dealership that I had visited. Needless to say we purchased a new car. Throughout this process, the entire staff was attentive and efficient, and made this a wonderful experience for myself and my family. More

The E350 I wanted with specific options and color was in very short supply. Tom Sands located the car I wanted when my local dealer couldn't/wouldn't. I'm very into cars. I've been driving Cadillacs for years and have been curious about Mercedes for a while now. I stopped in about a month ago to look at an S550. I was met by Richard Norman, who was very friendly and professional. I am a person who really doesn't enjoy buying cars. However, his genuiness and low-pressure style were refreshing. At his suggestion, I did a test drive. Naturally I loved it-an amazing automobile! Though it was a 2007, it drove like a new car-unbelievable! I had been a loyal Cadillac guy for over 20 years, usually ordering a new Cadillac every 2-3 years. Unfortunately, my old dealership had been "absorbed" into one of the giant corporate run groups that sells lots of brands. I really felt like I was just a number, and a really small one at that. Richard Norman followed up with me without being obtrusive. I did return to Crown Mercedes and bought the S550 4Matic that I originally test drove. I feel I got a very good deal on the car and the experience was like "the good old days" when I felt like someone really appreciated my business and wanted me as a customer for life. The car is an amazing piece of design and engineering. The dealership is absolutely the best I've ever dealt with. They not only have free car washes, they dry the car by hand so it looks perfect! I still can't believe it! Richard Norman was great, too! I will be happy to refer my business associates and friends to him and Crown Mercedes of Dublin! More
