I had trouble with the bluetooth connection from my Sprint EVO to the 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 and several empl insured that I was totally satisfied. We had a great experience with Crown Mercedes. Mike Gale was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and extremely helpful throughout the entire buying process. He delivered the vehicle to us for an overnight was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and extremely helpful throughout the entire buying process. He delivered the vehicle to us for an overnight test drive and took our current vehicle back to the dealership to be appraised. Mike also took the time to research the snow tires available for the new car and arranged to have them mounted prior to delivery. On the day of delivery, Mike had the car waiting in the heated garage area and spent over an hour going over the various features. This is the second Mercedes we have purchased from Crown and Mike Gale and we have been very satisfied on both occasions. More

I came to Crown based on a referral from a customer of mine who bought his Mercedes there. He said you MUST ask for Richard Norman when you get there, and "tell him I sent you." I went straight from my customer's office to Crown to look at their used inventory. I wasn't there a minute before a gentleman came out and greeted me. Mind you, it was spitting snow and 20 degrees. He introduced himself as Richard. I said Richard Norman, I hope. Within a few minutes it was obvious why I was referred to him. His professionalism and knowledge of his product is second to none. I had already visited 3 other dealerships, and nothing had compared to the "experience" I had at Crown, with Richard hosting. He had his work cut out for him because I had a negative bias on Mercedes vehicles based on a lemon my parents owned in 2002-2003. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase and now I am willing to tell others about it. It was because of Richard that I bought my car here, not just because it was a Mercedes. He listened intently to my needs and concerns then throughly and methodically, went through each and every car in his inventory which would fit my needs. His patience "Of a Saint", while I charted each car with it's colors, options, price difference, asking some of the same questions over and over, would have made Mother Teresa proud. It was evident that Richard's single sincere desire was to sell me a car I would be happy to own. With no attempts to confuse, no over selling, no aggressive approach to intimidate into a purchase, Richard took the time and initiative to find every financial incentive that was available in order to secure me the perfect car at a phenomenal price!
