We searched the internet and went to several dealerships over the past two months looking for a Ford Escape. I noticed one at the Crown Eurocars of Dublin website. My husband and I visited the dealership over the past two months looking for a Ford Escape. I noticed one at the Crown Eurocars of Dublin website. My husband and I visited the dealership not knowing what to expect. We were greeted by Andy Wetz who was smiling and very friendly. He made me feel comfortable and just as important as any customer on the lot. We weren't there to spend a lot of money, our budget was around 10,000.00. Andy didn't mind helping us even though our budget was small. We ended making a great deal with Andy's help. I had previously walked out of 4 dealerships because the salesmen didn't believe me when I gave them my maximum budget. Andy, on the other hand, was fine with my budget and told me the vehicle I was looking at could be worked into my budget. Andrew Ruck spent the afternoon with me detailing me on the improvements that were made to the newer cars, as well as understanding my needs for a new vehicle. I settled on a 2009 E320 with Bluetec. The car has been great, not only did it have every feature that I wanted, but the ride is great (much more S-class like than previous E classes that I have owned)and I routinely get 38 mpg on the highway. With traveling back and forth to Cleveland, I must tell you that I have been pleasantly surprised. The entire buying process was simple and easy. On my most recent new car purchase, Mike was so in tune with what my daughter wanted that he had the vehicle and paperwork queued up and ready for us to come in to sign and drive home. On my previous new car purchase, Mike and I exchanged text messages (on his day off) to finalize the purchase. After I had made a decision, my husband joined us at Crown and met Andrew. He commented, had he met Andrew earlier he would have purchased a car much sooner. Andy, a business owner, was impressed with Andrew because he was down to earth, passionate about his work and trustworthy.
