The reason for my rating is becuase the overall experience was awesome! Since the first meeting with CJ, he was extremely helpful and he always kept me informed. I have a friend who had told me about their positive experiences with Crown, the only dealer of which they'll do business. In addition, recently members of my family recently purchased a car from Crown (CJ) and shared with me their very favorable experience. I honestly didn't realize that there were automobile dealers with a team that delivered this high level of quality service. Most impressive was my dealings with CJ. He's very personable and professional. His style is a perfect match for me, and I imagine most buyers, in that he provided very clear, concise and comepelling information and reasons as to why Mercedes is the best car and Crown is the best place to buy and have it serviced, BUT without exherting pressure. His before and after sales support is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. Dustin was a pleasure to deal with as well. Very similar style, personable, professional and service oriented. He walked me through all of the paperwork and details, while also facilitating my decision making with information, not pressure. Tom also made the process very pleasent. Striking the deal was pleasent, and he supported everything necessary to ensure I was VERY satisfied with my Mercedes. Knowing he was behind every dealing was reassuring. The entire team with which I dealt has converted me to a Mercedes owner and I plan to do all my future business with Crown. I'm actually looking forward to my next purchase and I enjoy just stopping in. I have started referring my friends and family to Crown. More
Matt greeted me almost immediately even though I just dropped by on my way to the pool. Matt was respectful of my limited time--and didn't push for more--offered the option of an appt for later in the week for a test drive. I did not schedule, but rather just showed up a couple of days later with my husband. Loved the car after the test drive, but still wasn't sure about affordability. But turns out we were able to get me where I needed to be and was given a fair amount for my trade. More

Not only did he listen to my wants and needs, but he never tried to force an option that was not right extremely helpful through the entire process. Although I was inexperienced at the whole process, Matt was very thorough about what was going on (the what's and why's). After finding what suited me best, I was given a thorough tutorial of the car and all of the specifications. CJ had almost everything completed before my son and I arrived - and I was greeted with a hug!! not my last! What a fantastic purchase experience! We were first time customers at Crowne. Our experience was excellent! The dealers Matt and Doug were very professional. Matt went out of his way to make our experience a memorable one. The finance staff were backed up and yet we still were handled in a somewhat timely fashion. I also judge the experience by how frustrated we are when going home after talking with the Dealers. It was refreshing not to hear the usual high pressure lines. More
I am absolutely amazed at the way this dealership works! This by far was the best car deal I have ever experienced. I have previously owned two Mercedes cars as well as a family full of Mercedes-Benz and decided to make a change to Lexus. At the time, I thought that I was ready for a change but regretted it ever since! I have never felt buyers remorse over any purchase, except this one. I looked at the Crown website and reviews before making my decision. I was a little reluctant about purchasing a GLK at first, I wasn't sure that I was even going to like it but after driving it I fell in love with it. I originally test drove a C Class and was my first choice, but without a huge down payment the deal wouldn't work. It is totally me, I don't feel like I am driving a soccer mom car anymore, I have a fun, cute and sporty SUV and can't wait to get behind the wheel of it. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was astounded at the professionalism and customer service I received from the very beginning. Dustin, Cj, John and Tom worked for several weeks to get the numbers to work out! The C class ended up not being an option because I needed a large down payment and being a student for nursing this was not an option for me. At one point I wasn't even sure if we were going to get the bottom line to where it needed to be because Tom (the used car manager) could not get someone interested in buying my Lexus. After a week of trying he called me personally to tell me he finally found a buyer. I was very excited, but also surprised that someone would work that hard to help me. At this point they started working to get a deal together on the GLK, but again the numbers could not come together since I was so upside down in my Lexus. This was the first time I had ever had any negative equity in a car that I had purchased. After a week I had given up which made me so surprised when I received the phone call saying "Congratulations, when would you like to pick up your new car." There was always communication throughout the entire process and I can honestly say for the first time ever....I was kept completely informed. The day I went to pick up my car, Cj had it detailed and pulled into the showroom and it looked better than it did outside! Dustin made me feel comfortable and my time in his office going over my paper work was better then any experience I have previously had and I left amazed at how it actually does not take that long when you are not being pushed into products you do not need. When they pulled my new Mercedes off the showroom floor I was greeted by Tom and the VP John who shook my hand and congratulated me on my purchase. I have been around Mercedes-Benz for a long time and he actually showed me a few things that I didn't know. After going over all of the safety mechanisms of my new car I feel safe driving down the road knowing that I am driving a Benz. Some people say you can't have it all, but I feel like I do.....safety, style, complete happiness AND 20" wheels!!!! Thank you Cj, Dustin, John and definitely Tom for working so hard for an entire month to put this together for me. My mom was so impressed after I told her about the entire process that she now has decided that it would be worth the drive for her, my family and all of her clients to make to Crown instead of the dealership in WV. My experience in the past has given me a poor impression of dealerships and the sharks that that linger in the kill zone hoping for a morsel. Adding to that attitude, my mechanical skills are limited to the ignition apparatus, and gas fill. I am a transplant from NC and my car then was a MB 240D with 278000 mi. The drive to work was long and I decided to come out of the Stone Age although that car is my favorite style of MB. I blundered into Crown in Dublin years ago and knowing more or less what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. With the above attitudes regarding sales staff and dealerships in general and true to the word I found much of that during my car search but having said that Crown is one of two dealerships I have ever purchased cars from. My first experience at Crown was incredibly comfortable, no vacuum cleaner sales approach or the famous approach, “What’s it gonna take to put you in that car today”. I have my personal opinions regarding that thought. Anyway at this point in my life hitchhiking is out so having thoughts about what we were looking for in a car, my wife and I spoke with Ronan, a sale rep at that time. The cars he steered us to were within our budget and frankly more car than I expected with numerous choices. Kind of wide eyed experience coming from the 1982 240d to a 1999 E430, that was the first of six or so cars, most certified. Going through the hoops of buying and servicing our cars at Crown we met pleasant professional people a t every turn, as it is now. This most recent purchase was this past Saturday. Tom Sands and Glenn Gilbert worked with me regarding my latest CLK. I know they had months in souring the country side looking for a specific car and having patience with me. This car came to the surface and Glenn and Tom decided this car fit my bill and today life is good. All of this is due to trust. I trust the people with whom I deal with at Crown; I always have been treated more than fair and once again more car than I expected. Tom Sands and Glenn searched, discovering the car, Craig Brooks was our guide through the financial mine field, with Todd Johnson making sure at all is well with the health of my car. The folks that meet you in the morning, nothing but elegant, I see Todd Johnson as the guide though all the mechanicals bits which as mentioned that was not one of my gifts but Todd is. I am retired military, a grunt by preference with certain exceptions of trust, competence and a direct attitude, doesn’t seem like much to ask. All of these professionals from Crown have not disappointed me, I don’t mean to imply that every day is a holiday but when those issues happened Crown solved the issue aggressively. He explains each new feature, programs settings, and even connects my smartphone to the Benz bluetooth system. He contacts my insurance company to ensure coverage before I leave the dealership. He phones to make certain that all is well with the new car, and from time to time calls to ensure that I am happy with my auto. I am. And I am very happy that he is my sales associate. More
