He took the time to show me all the attributes of the car and how to use them. He offered complete access to him for whatever I may need in the future. I had shared with him a previous unpleasnt experience in buying a Benz. He and everyone at Crown made sure that that did not happen again. They made me feel like family, and took excellent care of me. What a different experience, I was overwhelmed, pleasantly. It was awesome. He worked with my patiently, guiding me to find the right car with the right monthly payment. In time, I approached Doug with a final decision to purchase a new 2013 ML. I had specific features that I wanted in the ML and although the cars had just barely started arriving in dealerships, Doug worked promptly to find the exact car that I wanted. I was so pleased that I was able to get everything I sought after and didn’t have to make any compromises even though the new models were so scarce (and still are!).
