Today, we finalized the purchase of a new ML350 from Stephen Revard. Our encounter with Mr. Revard was very professional. We looked thoroughly through the inventory, took a test drive to see if it fit in our garage and finally discussed price. The discussion on price was open, frank and positive. Stephen’s approach was very courteous and extremely professional. Yes, I did the “do” diligence of determining the best price with other Dealers. During my visit at the competition, I was left to sit alone for long periods of time (I suppose this is a sales technique). Finally the price was given to me with multiple errors on the sheet (i.e. sales tax was overstated by +$2,000). During one of my waiting periods, I got up and took a walk. In another room, there sat my salesman with two other men in a lively jovial discussion. Finally the price was determined; trade-in evaluated and presented to me. Upon leaving, I asked to see their service area (since that is where I will spend the most time after the sale). It was at that moment that I realized what was most important to me in the decision making process. Working with people like Todd Johnson at Crown has been a very pleasurable experience. I liked the approach used at Crown from the way you enter the area, to having a specialist assigned (who you get to know and trust). Oh by the way, the prices were within a few dollars and suddenly it really didn’t matter who had the lowest price, but who I trusted. LEL More

Mike Antauer was the person I met at the door when I walked into crown. I have been buying cars for a long time and this was my very first mercedes and the first one in my family. Mike not only helped me get the price that I needed, but made me feel like I was one of them. I'm not a very fancy person, and coming from a car owners point of view from owning oldsmobiles and Lincolns, and walking into his dealership, especially a Mercedes dealership, it was intimidating at first. He comforted me and when I took the keys from him after trading my car that I loved to pieces for this 420SEL, and as hard as it was, he made the buying experience so comfortable, he answered all my questions and I felt pampered and like a million dollars. I'm not just saying this because I enjoy the car I purchased, because that lincoln was with me through the fire and flames, but its because his service made me feel like I was in the right place. Once I made the decision to buy, he spent a good 30-40 minutes sitting with me and showing me how to use the control system in detail. I was thoroughly impressed.
