My lease was ending on my C 300 that I bought at another dealership, and I wanted to test drive the SLK. After a negative experience at the other dealership when my wife and I wanted to buy her C 300 at th dealership, and I wanted to test drive the SLK. The roadside assistance technician recommended Michael Gale. Subsequently, I contacted Michael to let him know what I wanted to do. I found Michale very professional and extremely helpful. We set up a meeting to test drive the SLK 250 that Crown had on the lot. After the test drive, I decided I wanted an SLK 350, but the dealership did not have one. Amazingly, Michael searched the entire state to find the exact SLK 350 I wanted with all of the options! In a day or so the car was in Columbus. Michael made the purchase extremely simple, and he spent the time to go over all of the features of the car. I will most definitely work with Michael in the future. He was outstanding!
