Due to the global shortage of inventory I found myself in the position of having to custom order a car for the first time in my life. Ken Stuart was terrific every step of the way. From the ordering process the position of having to custom order a car for the first time in my life. Ken Stuart was terrific every step of the way. From the ordering process to proactively keeping me informed while I was waiting for my GLS450 to be made and shipped. Once the car was in route Ken and his team took care of everything from financing to notifying my insurance agent. It’s obvious Ken enjoys providing outstanding service to his customers and is a perfectionist in everything he does for Mercedes. I should also mention that I have never been a Mercedes fan. I have driven a BMW’ for the last 15 years. I am definitely a convert. If you are wary of the car buying process and wait times that the world is currently experiencing, I would not hesitate to reach out to Ken. More
