Ken took me for a test drive and showed me all the great things about this car. He even nicely offered to pick us up from Carmax on the day we traded in our old car. The day after we got our new car, Ken came to our house to help set up the garage door and answered all the questions I have. He is such a great person and professional salesman I would highly recommend. Melissa also did our paperwork for our purchase. Both of them were very professional and provided straight forward answers to my questions. My car buying experience at Crown Mercedes was absolutely pleasant and stress free! More
