My car buying experience at Crown MINI was excellent. I was able to complete research online and complete the majority of the initial paperwork online, with just verifications and finance paperwork being I was able to complete research online and complete the majority of the initial paperwork online, with just verifications and finance paperwork being done at the dealership (they had options to do everything online, but I wanted to take a test drive and have my trade officially valued before signing everything and completing the purchase). That ability to do paperwork in advance was great and saved a lot of time at the dealership. The test drive was nice and included a thorough explanation of the features of the MINI compared to prior model that I had previously owned. The process was very simple and the Sales team members that I worked with, Akash Malviya and Justin Parker, are very knowledgable and they were personable, friendly and efficient throughout the process. The finance team was excellent, made helpful recommendations but wasn’t overly pushy trying to upsell and explained everything very clearly throughout the sales process. I would highly recommend CROWN MINI of Richmond! More

Traded up my 2012 Countryman for a 2022 Countryman. I have to say the folks at Crown Mini of Richmond were great.
