I had my 2014 mini cooper towed to the dealer at 8712 west broad st to replace a reservoir hose and of course they found other issues and I gave them permission to fix everything 4000 dollars and my car west broad st to replace a reservoir hose and of course they found other issues and I gave them permission to fix everything 4000 dollars and my car was there for a week 11/13 to 11/19, now 2 weeks later my engine light is blinking my car read malfunction reduce speed, my motor is jumping and bumping. I hate leaving my car at a dealership. I don't have money for any more repairs, I just purchased a new home with 2300 dollar mortgage, I'm on a tight budget and thought I was doing the right think by fixing everything on my car because I live alone and 61 years old I need my transportation. I will contact the dealer tomorrow 12/9 to hear the bull there going to tell me and I'm taking it to the owner. More

Great People staff this dealership, but I was disappointed in the lack of attention to detail on my recent service appointment. I'm used to getting my MINIs back looking great, and this time my car looked worse for wear. Hopefully, this was a one off experience. More
