Recently bought a used car from Crown Mini. While treated kindly and courteously, I've had issues with the car. While not a major issue, both keyfobs needed new batteries to function and a ma While treated kindly and courteously, I've had issues with the car. While not a major issue, both keyfobs needed new batteries to function and a major dashboard digital display is failing intermittently... I fear this will be a large expense to fix. While listening to my issues, our saleperson made it clear we are on our own and that we were buying the car "as is" .. we understand this, however, It seems that if the car is truly inspected before purchase, these issues would have been disclosed. I requested to see the checklist the service staff uses to process used cars, but was only given a one-line summary ("pre-owned vehicle inspection"). Also, we were told our credit rating would not be affected because we wanted to use our credit card for the maximum allowed amount to get rewards points (we paid cash for the balance), however, it did go down a few points.
