Recently bought a used car from Crown Mini. While treated kindly and courteously, I've had issues with the car. While not a major issue, both keyfobs needed new batteries to function and a major dashboard digital display is failing intermittently... I fear this will be a large expense to fix. While listening to my issues, our saleperson made it clear we are on our own and that we were buying the car "as is" .. we understand this, however, It seems that if the car is truly inspected before purchase, these issues would have been disclosed. I requested to see the checklist the service staff uses to process used cars, but was only given a one-line summary ("pre-owned vehicle inspection"). Also, we were told our credit rating would not be affected because we wanted to use our credit card for the maximum allowed amount to get rewards points (we paid cash for the balance), however, it did go down a few points. I had my 2014 mini cooper towed to the dealer at 8712 west broad st to replace a reservoir hose and of course they found other issues and I gave them permission to fix everything 4000 dollars and my car west broad st to replace a reservoir hose and of course they found other issues and I gave them permission to fix everything 4000 dollars and my car was there for a week 11/13 to 11/19, now 2 weeks later my engine light is blinking my car read malfunction reduce speed, my motor is jumping and bumping. I hate leaving my car at a dealership. I don't have money for any more repairs, I just purchased a new home with 2300 dollar mortgage, I'm on a tight budget and thought I was doing the right think by fixing everything on my car because I live alone and 61 years old I need my transportation. I will contact the dealer tomorrow 12/9 to hear the bull there going to tell me and I'm taking it to the owner. More

I'm on my 3rd MINI and have always had excellent service in the past. This time around, the interior of my car was left dirty and it didn't look like the complementary wash had been done. I'm used to getting my MINIs back looking great, and this time my car looked worse for wear. Hopefully, this was a one off experience. More
