They suck I drove 2 1/2 hours. And then they tell me when I get there they cannot even do the recall for my vehicle. They offer me a free diagnostic testing which I can get anywher And then they tell me when I get there they cannot even do the recall for my vehicle. They offer me a free diagnostic testing which I can get anywhere on my car then they come up with some cockamamie $6000 problem with my car. It was a very sad day for me. Not only did. I have to drive back to my house for another 2 1/2 hour drive then I have to come all the way back up there to get a recall put back on it. Sad.! No, I do not recommend them. They are money grubbing and they’re rude. More

Crown Mini provided a wonderful experience in helping me find the car of my dreams! Akash Malviya, my sales advisor, was very warm and welcoming, answering all of my questions and concerns. He also introd find the car of my dreams! Akash Malviya, my sales advisor, was very warm and welcoming, answering all of my questions and concerns. He also introduced me to all the wonderful features of my car and was very patient in giving me step by step instructions on the basic functions and programs. Justin, the sales manager, was also very helpful in making the entire experience so enjoyable. An added bonus was having my car delivered to my home 1.5 hours away. I'm looking forward to traveling to Richmond to have my car serviced in the future. More
