Traded up my 2012 Countryman for a 2022 Countryman. I have to say the folks at Crown Mini of Richmond were great. I couldn’t take possession the day I test drove it because it had not been through thei I have to say the folks at Crown Mini of Richmond were great. Mini Cooper of Richmond was nothing less than patient with me. I had picked out the car on line and test drove it pretty quickly. I was a previous owner in 2018 and knew what I wanted. The dealership waited 3 weeks and held the car until all the paper work cleared and I could drive away in my new red convertible. So grateful they were willing to hold the car for so long! More
