Great Experience buying a car Mike was extremely helpful, kept me within my budget and got the purchase done in no time at all. Love my car. I smile every time I look at it. After Mike was extremely helpful, kept me within my budget and got the purchase done in no time at all. Love my car. I smile every time I look at it. After a few days a received my license plates with some numbers and the letters PMS. I considered keeping the plates and hopefully the CHP would be scared to pull me over. I knew the plates would get a lot of laughs so I called Mike what to do. He said mail them to the dealership and he'll take care of it at no cost to me. I got my new plates fast and I am totally happy. 10 is not enough for the service; he gets 11. More
Greatest experience in buying a car! The sales person who helped me was Erika Vasquez and being her first days of work, I think she did such an exelent job at it. Not only, she helped me find the right car that I wanted, she also asked me what do I want in a car? She worked very hard with Ray in helping me get a confurtable monthly payment. The customer service there is great by the way! More
A bunch of idiots selling luxury cars! I in the process of buying my THIRD new vehicle from this dealership. I walked on to the lot, had to go inside to get help. I test drove a car, then I in the process of buying my THIRD new vehicle from this dealership. I walked on to the lot, had to go inside to get help. I test drove a car, then got tired of the back and forth finagling. I accidentally left my drivers license. The salesman, Spencer, text me the next day trying to sell me the car. I told him to send me my license. SEVEN days later, when I was denied medical care because I didn't have my license, I called and spoke to RAY, who said he would either send someone to my house, or overnight my license. THREE more calls today, and I find out my license has been sitting at the dealership for 9 days. My son had to go pick it up. No doubt, Spencer was hoping I would come in person so he could talk me into buying a car. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Don't buy from them, take your $40,000+ and go somewhere that will appreciate your business. More
Can't call it a "Service" department! Earlier this week we made an appointment for today, Sat, at 11am. On arriving a few minutes early, there was a line of 7-8 cars in the appointment line. I wandered around and asked multiple employees about getting service and was told to just wait in the car. During a 20 minute wait, except for one car that was moved forward, there was no attention to customers in the line. We finally gave up waiting, figuring if it took that long to get cars into service, what chance was there that the work would be completed today (simple 5000 check up, wheel rotation). I understand that Saturdays are busy, but what's the point of having customers make an appointment if it doesn't mean anything? Don't make the appointment if you don't have the staff to support it! Worst (internet) Lexus customer service in nation so far I've been patiently searching nationwide for a CPO RX 350. After juggling 3 different ones from 3 different dealerships nationwide, I happen to find I've been patiently searching nationwide for a CPO RX 350. After juggling 3 different ones from 3 different dealerships nationwide, I happen to find one car that fit my style, price, and mileage preferences at this dealer. I called right away (Friday) and they told me customers had an appt that PM but they'd call me if the sale was not made. I didn't hear from them so I waited until the end of the day to call back. To be courteous (and passive). "Oh I was going to call you and say they didn't buy it" - at 8 pm. Really? "I'll begin the paperwork for you," they said. Saturday AM - nothing. I call around lunch time and can't get ahold of either manager that I had been in contact with (for 1 of the 3 cars). Monday, nothing from them. I called at lunch time and one said the other had to work in the FInancing dept - so? Phones don't work? Computers don't work? Is it the twilight zone for electronics? "HOLD ON I HAVE CUSTOMERS AND I STEPPED OUT OF MY OFFICE FOR YOU". "Uh, *I*'m making time for YOU. I'm your potential customer?" They had been so eager last week with one of the other cars. He said he'd check with the other mgr if the car was sold because now it said it was sold per Carfax. Apparently it was still available. Promised someone would call me back later. Other manager texted me and said she had been out of the office and the other would help me. Tuesday, I could not get ahold of them to figure out if the car is there or not and if we can start the paperwork. I sent the "available" one a text in the PM. Wednesday, I call back first thing in the morning. Didn't hear back until the afternoon. He texted me back and said he'd been out since Monday PM. So? Why put "call/text" in your signature line? You couldn't have acknowledged my question? Sounds like the car is still there and now maybe we can start the paperwork. "Oh it's online". "OH REALLY? You couldn't have told me that this weekend? You're both MANAGERS." he goes, "It'll take 4-5 days, we can't guarantee, it's a lengthy process." Had I submitted my inquiry for pre-approval FOUR DAYS AGO I would be done by now. Later that evening he calls and says we can proceed. Tells me it's a lengthy process and there's a lot of paperwork - so? Do I care? Isn't this called your job? I ask AGAIN for the spec sheet and inspection history report. He sends me the wrong one. I ask him to doublecheck the VIN and lo and behold...the car is sold... OR IS IT. I'll never know. How the xxxx could they not have walked the lot during their lunch break and count how many 2013 red RX 350's are in the lot? This is the ONLY dealer that did not persist and followup with me via phone or email. It sucks that they stocked the car I wanted. I lost the leverage I was supposed to have as a potential customer. Indubitably the WORST relationship I've had with any Lexus dealership. I've visited 5 in person and talked to 5 others in other states but alas none had the car that I had deemed worth buying. Every single one of them was courteous and respectable. More
Service Dept and staff not recommended and they'll be fake All I have to say is that just the way they train these customer service consultants to be very fake but keep the politeness and smile even after they All I have to say is that just the way they train these customer service consultants to be very fake but keep the politeness and smile even after they say we are here to help you and to work with you they should train them on there skills to understand the customers frustration and not give a customer the run around . My time and money was taken for granted and had no value to them . Service consultant Tony H hasn't returned two of my messages neither has the service manager Steve followed up on our conversation as he promised , the vehicle was turned in without the alignment being done in which they charged but never did . Overall this was my second chance I was giving this dealer only because it was closer to home but now it's not what I pay I can get better service at a pep boys or jiffy lube . Oh and just FYI the first time I had a dilemma with this dealer was because my service consultant which I won't say his name R no longer works for Lexus hmmm I wonder why . More
The long road to happiness. I drove from over 50 miles away because this was the best vehicle for the best price from over 70 cars viewed by 4 different online car apps. A major I drove from over 50 miles away because this was the best vehicle for the best price from over 70 cars viewed by 4 different online car apps. A majority of the deal structure was done over the phone and all the aspects of the deal were met or exceeded when arriving at the dealership. I'm very happy with the car & the quality of service that was conducted when I arrived. I'm glad I chose to do business with John Elway Crown Toyota & would strongly recommend making a purchase from one of the largest dealerships in Southern California. I would like to give special thanks to Donavan Hall, sales, Eddie, sales director, & Jimmy financial coordinator. Thanks guys for making my car buying experience a very enjoyable, easy, & timely process. Sincerely Sean McIntyre : I More
great customer service, no pressure to buy. Alex and Max were great in customer service. We were never pressured and felt comfortable talking to them and getting our questions answered. This was Alex and Max were great in customer service. We were never pressured and felt comfortable talking to them and getting our questions answered. This was our first time leasing a car and it was explained throughly and in dialogue that we understood. Alex went over the whole car before we left. Also gave me his card and told me if I had any concerns or Questions to call him anytime. We walked away with a new car and felt great about the deal we got. During the whole process they were constantly offering drinks or snacks. I liked the way they were upfront about the price, so there was no haggling. The numbers really worked for us. More

I was taken to an office and after 3 different workers I was able to arrange oil changed for my SUV. I was told I was going to get a call as soon as my car is ready( he said between 1 or 1 1/2 hours). After 3 hours waiting for the call I decided To go back and find out what was wrong with my car. The receptionist told me that the person in charged of giving me a call back was Albert; the receptionist said that she was notify him and his supervisor to come out to explain what was the delay on this matter. However, after a few minutes the associate nor the supervisor showed up. This 1st time, I had to wait a long period of time before someone assisted me.I guess I did not have bad experince enough the first time, I had to go back again ( it is the one closes to my house) to experience the bad service again. I might have to go to another dealer even if I had to drive extra miles to get the professional customer service that this dealer does not provide. More
