Ali went out of his way to find a loaner vehicle for me, so that I didn't have to rely on a ride share (Uber). Additionally, the service scenario was somewhat complicated. Our company had recently acquired another organization. They had a fleet of vehicles that we acquired through the acquisition. We planned on using the Lexus IS 300 as a commuter vehicle for some of our team members, but had concerns about the vehicle based upon various noise and handling issues that were present when driving it. Ali, had the car thoroughly reviewed with a list of the repairs that were needed back to me within 4 hours! It was a first class customer experience from start to finish.
