Mr. Tarr You are right the problem did get settled. However your finance manager Mark Bowen was very rude. He told me that you do not keep records for 7 years and wanted to know why it took me 7 years to notice the mistake. On 4 occasions he told me he had no proof that I bought the car there. I sent him paperwork from Hyundai and my registrations. 4 week went by and I called the warranty company and was told to sit in his office till it got done. I called and told him what I was told and he then informed me that again he had no proof of my ownership of my car. I told him I sent him paperwork and he had everything he needed. That was when this got resolved. But it took me telling him I would sit and wait for the paperwork. We have a heat index of 107 and I had no air in a 7 year old car that you manager refused to believe I bought from you. That sir is why you got this rating. And that is why I would not recommend your dealership.
