Tomm's service made me a happy customer again I had my 2015 Hyundai Veloster in for rotundness maintenance approx 3 weeks ago. I requested my rims be resurfaced while my car was there for the oil I had my 2015 Hyundai Veloster in for rotundness maintenance approx 3 weeks ago. I requested my rims be resurfaced while my car was there for the oil change which had been scheduled in advance, The initial service adviser, which i wont name, did not keep me informed as requested regarding reply and status from the tire warranty company and by the end of that visit he had not got an approval and therefore my rims did not get done. I realized that although the service advisers are at the mercy of the insurance company's who handle the warranty's, professional, courteous, timely communication can make all the difference in the customer experience. I decided to deal with Tomm when following up on getting the rims serviced and I scheduled a 2nd visit, Tomm is communicative, through, and professional. I will not deal with another adviser other than Tomm moving forward. Thank you Tomm for great service and keeping me coming back! More

I just recently moved down to the St. Petersburg area and needed a new Hyundai dealership to maintenan Olivier Celestin is an amazing service advisor. I just recently moved down to the St. Petersburg area and needed a new Hyundai dealership to maintenance my vehicle and Olivier was very knowledgeable and broke down everything I needed to service my car. Had a major repair done and instead of quickly writing up a hefty bill he was able to locate my warranty and administer the service at no charge without a prompt from me. Very friendly and put me at ease. Would definitely recommend! More

Excellent Customer Service Tomm Burkart has been my advisor for a couple years since my original advisor received a promotion. I currently own 2007 Hyundai Sonata purchased in July 2006 that has served me well. Crown's advisors listen to what I need, check for recalls and make suggestions for additional services (never any pressure) and reminders when mileage maintenance is coming up. I have waited for my vehicle (usually reasonable time frames), and have taken advantage of courtesy van also available in timely fashion. Love the dealership but now think it is time to visit the showroom salesman. More

Perfect Experience I recently went from owning 4 BMW's to purchasing a Genesis G80. First off, I love the vehicle. I read lots of reviews though before I purchased, so I I recently went from owning 4 BMW's to purchasing a Genesis G80. First off, I love the vehicle. I read lots of reviews though before I purchased, so I am not actually surprised by the vehicle itself. Instead, what surprised me was the service and maintenance. which was exceptional and far exceeded any experience I had over the past 15 years with 4 BMW's. When I dropped my Genesis for service, Tomm Burkart literally had a loaner vehicle ready for me, and I spend less than 5 minutes at the dealership. When my car was ready to be picked up, it took me less than 5 minutes to be back in my Genesis and on the way home. I should also note that before I brought my vehicle in for service, Tomm offered to send a loaner vehicle to my house and exchange it with my vehicle so that I wouldn't have to go anywhere. More
