Chris spent a lot of time trying t Just wanted to thank Service Director Chris Sanborn for being so terrific to me when my Santa Fe was making noises. Chris spent a lot of time trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. He has great communication skills and went above and beyond what I expected in taking my car in for service. I had taken my car into a different Hyundai store where the car was purchased and never met more rude service people in my life. So I decided to come to Crown and the experience was 5 star. Chris Sanborn has now gained a service customer and again -just a wonderful person and employee. Super nice person and wonderful people skills. Whatever he did, the noise has been gone ever since and now I will always bring my car in for service at Crown. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond. I really appreciate you!! Toni D More

" Speedy Service with a Smile" I have been bringing my Sonata to Crown Hyundai for many years and my service advisor Tomm Burkart has always provided me with quick and efficient ser I have been bringing my Sonata to Crown Hyundai for many years and my service advisor Tomm Burkart has always provided me with quick and efficient service. I recently had my vehicle in for some routine maintenance and the replacement of a part that had to be ordered and as usual Tomm had me in and out in a little over an hour. He is always patient and takes time to answer all my questions. Being a manager in a service oriented job myself, I always appreciate the excellent service I receive from Tomm as well as everyone else at Crown. You are appreciated! More

Outstanding Service Our corporate vehicle is a Hyundai Santa Fe and our service advisor Tom Burkart has always been absolutely outstanding. He knows his business and get Our corporate vehicle is a Hyundai Santa Fe and our service advisor Tom Burkart has always been absolutely outstanding. He knows his business and gets vehicles in and out promptly and ensures they are fully serviced and ready to go (no return visits to correct a problem required). Today, he and service technician Steve Young quickly assessed a nagging electrical problem (inoperative brake light), identified the problem (incorrect bulb), replaced the bulb, and sent me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Very much appreciated. We'll be back! More
