Exceptional service and care. Ryan Murray was my service rep the other day when I went in for routine maintenance. Took my 2020 Sonata Limited in for a couple of recalls. It took about a week to get in. But, I could not have been more pleased with the service. My service advisor, August, was very friendly and profes It took about a week to get in. But, I could not have been more pleased with the service. My service advisor, August, was very friendly and professional. He gave me an approximate wait time, offered to wash my car and even summoned a complimentary Lyft to take me home and then pick me up to take me back to the dealership when my car was done (which was done quicker than what was quoted). Would definitely recommend Crown Hyundai Service as well as August. More

I talked to August about a problem I had with my brake lights staying on. He knew exactly what the problem was and told me if I could get there he would fix it quickly. He fixed it it ten minutes.
