I had to bring in my car for some work that was covered under warranty and August was the guy I was dealing with. Everything went very well and was very pleased with it all. Was having an issue where my radio wasn't working properly and kept restarting over and over. At first, I thought it was a Bluelink issue but took it into the service department and Ryan Murray immed properly and kept restarting over and over. At first, I thought it was a Bluelink issue but took it into the service department and Ryan Murray immediately knew that the radio was bad and needed to be replaced. We scheduled a time for me to drop of my vehicle and they ordered the part and was able to get it replaced in no time at all. Ryan was great with the follow-through, even while he was on vacation for a couple of days too. Great staff and service! More

Service I came for an oil change to work with Olivier Celestin and I came in a week earlier. Olivier was very understanding. Instead of turning me away he was I came for an oil change to work with Olivier Celestin and I came in a week earlier. Olivier was very understanding. Instead of turning me away he was able to fit me into the schedule. Olivier is always professional and courteous. There was other recommended service that I did needed and Olivier wasn't pushy in me getting the recommendation. I appreciate the customer service he demonstrated. More
