I brought my 2016 Tucson into the service area at 5:00 because the window suddenly stopped working and would not close. I live in an apartment complex and park in a lot. this meant that I could not secur because the window suddenly stopped working and would not close. I live in an apartment complex and park in a lot. this meant that I could not secure my car and we have had trouble with car break ins lately. My service associate, Ryan Murray explained that it was to late too fix the car now. He was able to provide me with a loaner and said he could have the window fixed the next day. He arranged to have my car parked inside in case it rained that evening. While my car was there they also performed the 30,000 mile maintenance that my car was due for, but I had put off due to Covid. My car was done by early the next afternoon.
