Jarett Ziemak is the best service advisor. I was out of town and visited this dealership because I was already over my mileage. They were able to squeeze me in and not make me wait two weeks like other dea town and visited this dealership because I was already over my mileage. They were able to squeeze me in and not make me wait two weeks like other dealerships. I had purchased a service plan through a Hyundai dealership in Fort Lauderdale but Jarett was unable to see it in the system so he called the company and they provided him the info he needed however they told him I didn't have the service plan. I only had three dollars in my account and a toddler running around while we were trying to work this out. Needless to say he took care of the cost of my service and I couldn't have been more grateful. It's people like this that really care and go above and beyond in customer service. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend. More

August is now my go to guy at Hyundai service! I had 4 tires replaced and when I pointed out a defect with my wheels/rims, guess what! he got them replaced under warranty! He went above and beyond duty an tires replaced and when I pointed out a defect with my wheels/rims, guess what! he got them replaced under warranty! He went above and beyond duty and is worth his weight in gold for Hyundai! Great communicator and returns phone calls. I can't say enough about his Friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of Hyundai parts and products. Definitely an asset to Hyundai! More

Ryan Murray took exceptional care of my Genesis. On very short notice (1 hour) he got me in to fix a warranty problem where my trunk would not open. I offered to leave the car over night but Ryan was able t short notice (1 hour) he got me in to fix a warranty problem where my trunk would not open. I offered to leave the car over night but Ryan was able to find a way to take care of my problem. I arrived at 1 pm, left the car and it was ready by 4 pm, Good to Go. Also the Manager Chris got my car in the service line himself and had it ready for Ryan to do "his thing". Best visit ever. More
