I took my vehicle in for oil change/tire rotation. Mr. Olivier Celestin was awesome, answering all questions and concern. Also spoke with Mr. Sanborn as well. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change. I was hearing a noise where my trunk is. I asked my service advisor Jarett Ziemak to come out and look at it. He did and figured out what was wrong with it and fixed it for me. my trunk is. I asked my service advisor Jarett Ziemak to come out and look at it. Olivier was very personable .He took care of all the paperwork and even called for the lyft ride to get me home in a timely manner . My car was picked up from my home on 12/28/2020 and serviced by August Lascola. Once the car was in the shop , August called me to give reports on what was going on with my car and the problems that serviced by August Lascola. Once the car was in the shop , August called me to give reports on what was going on with my car and the problems that I was having with the chrome trim around the windows and the bottom of the left and right side of the doors. He mentioned to me also that if the stains did not come out while it goes in for detail then they will have to order new trim chromes to replace the damaged ones. I was pleased with his work and timely fashion in taking care of my car, and informing me of the work that was done to the car. August did an Excellent job. More
