Quality of work I could not check, since this was a recall for a replacement part, I can't say how good the work was. I can assume it was as good as it was suppose to be. As far as Customer Service, I was disappointed in not getting calls returned to me about my appointment. I had to wait a couple of weeks until I met my assigned service rep to ask the questions I needed answered. I tried twice calling the service department and left two messages on different days. Which is why I was nervous when I showed up for my first visit to Service Dept since I purchased by Hyundai Tuscan. A friend of mine who is a regular Crown Hyundai lease-holder/owner steered me into looking at Crown Hyundai before I bought mine because he rated the Service Dept highly. He just leased a brand-new Hyundai Palisades just two weeks ago. I wonder if he ever got a referral credit for referring me to Crown when I bought mine last October. I mentioned his name....Frank and/or Barbara Burkett. More
