Tomm Burkart has been my Service Advisor for over 5 years now and has always provided exceptional customer service. While driving into work yesterday my car display led a check charging system warning and si now and has always provided exceptional customer service. While driving into work yesterday my car display led a check charging system warning and since I was near the dealership, I decided to drive directly to it. Top notch service department! Tomm Burkart has been my service advisor on many occasions and as usual he went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired as quickly as possible so the inconvenience service advisor on many occasions and as usual he went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired as quickly as possible so the inconvenience of not having a vehicle was minimal.
