Whenever I have to bring my vehicle in for service it is always a quick and easy process! Tomm is always very nice and easy to work with! He is always very accommodating! Last evening, I pulled a splash panel off & tore it in 2 places. I went to the dealership this am @ 730 w/o an apptmnt. Tomm looked at the car, made an appointment for 230 this afternoon for the repa in 2 places. I went to the dealership this am @ 730 w/o an apptmnt. Tomm looked at the car, made an appointment for 230 this afternoon for the repair to be completed...said it would take about an hour. I returned @ 230, the car was taken right in to service dept. Within 15 minutes, Tomm told me they couldn't save the existing one... would need to be replace for $94. Told him to go ahead with repair. Repair was completed within 20 minutes @ a cost to me of $67.35. I was in & out and on my way home in 75 minutes from start to finish. Thanks very much More
from beging to end cliff maintained the highest degree of professionalism. no actual begging just amiss spelling. my 05 sonata v6 was going into limp mode.i was having trouble for 2mo.after 3 mechanics. i th professionalism. no actual begging just amiss spelling. my 05 sonata v6 was going into limp mode.i was having trouble for 2mo.after 3 mechanics. i through in the towel. finaly i was advised to take it to the dealer.im so glad i met cliff. the service manager and a top tech took over. driving and reading the hand held diagnostic device.they went on too replace one of the 4 oxigen sensors. not all just one . i could not be more pleased. they focased on repair not just replacement.thanks More

2011 Genesis 4.6. Lost brake lights night before. Arrived at dealership before open and w/o appt. Met Tomm coming in, giving him the story, time constraints, etc. He initially said, "See what we can do", whi at dealership before open and w/o appt. Met Tomm coming in, giving him the story, time constraints, etc. He initially said, "See what we can do", which I interpreted as "Get to it when we get to it". Notified hospital that I'd be late for rounds, maybe start of clinic. No sooner had I sent message than Service MGR Chris offers to take me to work. Tomm assures me they'd contact me later than day. I reiterate (and then again) my limitations and assume that the next few days will be spent in a rental minivan, awaiting word. By lunchtime, Tomm calls to report car completed. Again, Service MGR Chris comes to get me. For those of you (like me) that 'can only imagine' the level of service that must come owning a Mercedes or Rolls Royce, this is it. Not only has the Hyundai Genesis greatly exceeded my expectation for a luxury sedan (surpassing the 335i and C300 that I drove before buying), but the service department has set a standard higher than any car owner could hope for. I'm blessed, amazed and grateful to the team at Crown Hyundai in St Pete, FL. Not only did they accommodate my schedule, but saved some very important days ahead. More

Jarett is awesome! I came on my lunch break and he made sure to get me in and out of there very quickly. And, when he pulled my car around to return it to me, he noticed some road tar on the side that he s sure to get me in and out of there very quickly.
