Brought my car in for an A/C repair. Making the appointment was easy. Tomm Burkart assisted me promptly upon my arrival. When I picked my car up, Tomm explained the repair that was made to my vehicle and asked me if I had any questions. He even had my car cleaned for me without asking! I appreciate Tomm's service and attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Paid a visit to Crown Hyundai yesterday due to a broken visor on the driver's side of my brand new 2013 Elantra. I was very upset since i had just bought the car and it hasn't been a month of driving yet t visor on the driver's side of my brand new 2013 Elantra. I was very upset since i had just bought the car and it hasn't been a month of driving yet to discover something had been broken. I hadn't touched the visor at all, even during the test drive and for the first time i touched it yesterday, it had snapped off and was obstructing my view of the road. I don't know what caused the visor to break. I pulled it down softly and it just snapped. Might've been the heat from within the car(car thermometer said 95 degrees outside), that caused it to weakened. Regardless, i was upset and i headed to the service center to see if there was anything they could do. I walked in and it seems that everyone was busy so i asked the first person i could find. That man happened to be Tomm & at first i asked him if he could assist me. He replied with "Do you have an appointment?" I answered," No, i wasn't aware that i had to make an appointment." I think he could tell how upset i was and offered to assist me anyway. I told him about the problem, and after a few quick questions, he made a call to the shop and i was lucky that they had one in stock. He personally ran over to retrieve the visor and it was replaced in 10 mins. All in all, i felt much better after being helped by Tomm, he also informed me that it was covered by my warranty so all it had cost me was just 10 mins of my life. I'm sure everyone in the Service Department are friendly and accommodating, but i'd recommend Tomm whenever you have the chance! More
