I have been dealing with this company for almost ten years. I have bought two Santa Fe's through them, and all the servicing on both cars has been with them. Clif stoufer has been my service consultant throughout. He has been excellent. The car has always been returned on time, and the cost has been explained (usually beforehand). I came to Tomm with a flat tire and needed service on short notice. Tomm was polite, professional and courteous. While I was determining my interest in ordering the second tire, Tomm used his own initiative to order the second tire and offered to return it to the supplier if I chose not to purchase it. This avoided any need to come back another day. Tomm, along with the entire staff and service manage, was friendly and helpful. I have been servicing both of my Hyundai Sonatas at Crown Hyundai for over two years and have been very happy with the quality of their service. More
Shortly after purchasing my new elantra from crown I ran into an issue. I thought it was a simple nail in my tire but it turned out that something had gone through my tire and damaged my rim. Luckily I had road hazard recently added to the car and that took care of the repair which would have been pretty expensive otherwise. Tomm really went the extra mile in getting me taken care of! It took a lot of leg work to get everything together and authorized but he kept me updated every step of the way until I was back on the road. It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to coming back for my regular service and maintenance! More
I received outstanding service at the Crown Hyundai dealership today, September 24, 2013 where I purchased my new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, VIN number 5XYZU3LB3DG038882 on December 1, 2013. I received dealership today, September 24, 2013 where I purchased my new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, VIN number 5XYZU3LB3DG038882 on December 1, 2013. I received a Recall Notice in the mail yesterday stating that my right front axle was defective and required immediate replacement or else it may cause a serious accident. Mr Burkar advised me that my scheduled 3000 mile service date was near and asked me if I wanted to have my car serviced while I was here. Since, I live in Clearwater and do not have time to return to Crown Hyundai in the near future, I requested that he complete the 3000 mile service at this time. Since I am presently handicapped and wanted a quite place to rest while my car was being serviced, Mr. Burkar showed me to a VIP waiting area. He came and got me after my vehicle was finished and met me at the cashiers to help me check out. I have always received outstanding maintenance and sales service from the Crown Hyundai dealership, especially from Mr Burkar my service advisor. He is always very courteous, understanding and professional. I have always referred others to this outstanding, customer oriented dealership based on my own personal experience. I had a couple of questions and he took the time to explain a few things to me. He never made me feel like a "stupid woman" for not knowing about cars. Most women have a story our two about being treated badly by service folks. The entire experience today was pleasant and efficient. More

I put bad fuel in my car from an EXXON station, 5800 Central Ave in St Pete, Tomm did an outstanding job keeping me informed on the progress of the repair. I did have to pay my deductible from my insurance company, but they are working on getting EXXON to pay me back for the damage caused by their product. Tomm has also helped with that, he gave my insurance company the evidence to go after them. I will be calling Tomm for any car problems in the future. More
