I took my vehicle in over a month ago to get my tires rotated, oil changed, car detailed, and radio and phone charging pad diagnosed. My tires were not rotated, my oil was not changed, my car was not det rotated, oil changed, car detailed, and radio and phone charging pad diagnosed. My tires were not rotated, my oil was not changed, my car was not detailed, and they needed to order a new radio and charging pad. The parts were not ordered and here I am, still waiting on a call from Ryan to schedule the service appt to make sure my car gets taken care of properly when I bring it in. I have reached out to Hyundai Corp, and they are not helpful but oddly, are able to get in touch with Ryan EVERYTIME they call. Funny because every time I call, I can't get in touch with him, John, or the GM. I just get the run around or voicemails with no return phone calls. More

After $20,000 dollars worth of engine work my car was returned 5 times and finally was told that they won’t replace my shocks in my hood because it slams shut even though my car never had problems from b returned 5 times and finally was told that they won’t replace my shocks in my hood because it slams shut even though my car never had problems from before car was there since September 19th of 2023 sitting until march 6th of 2024 which is ridiculous, Ryan handed the car over saying he test drove the car , the car was never sent for an alignment I was driving for two days not noticing stuff until I took it to another dealership and they verified that the alignment was never done so what safety concern is that for me and my family when all of these problems happen within 5 months and they’re supposed to be one of the top dealerships around. More

Dear Crown and others named below, My mechanic (who I actually trust) said that spark plugs for that car runs about $100. So once again Crown continues to treat me like crap. That's okay. The ADA and Shannon Behnken are VERY interested in your treatment of certain individuals. The way I have been treated by your organization is abhorrent and I don't trust you as far as I could throw you. It's all been documented that I was profiled "is that a Kate Spade purse?" And "oh you have a pool?" Made ME pay for an Uber to get home because I was told "we don't have loaner cars" while my car was left there to be fixed. Even Biggerstaff /management said well we paid for the Uber and I said no not at all I DID. He was obviously embarrassed. You claimed that my car was fixed (after not telling me for over a month it had been sitting on the lot for over 4 weeks (even after I called to check on it weekly) meanwhile I was paying for Uber vehicles to get me to my numerous doctors appointments for my Multiple Sclerosis) and one mile down the road it dies on me. You put my life at risk and now want to charge me $300 for spark plugs? Shame on you. Plus to add insult to injury you put me in a loaner car for 9 days while the new engine was ordered. Lie after lie after lie. You actually think I would pay you $300 for spark plugs?? You picked the wrong person to try and schmooze. This will be documented with the right people who will proceed as they see fit. You put me in a faulty car previously, how do I know this won't happen again? I have no way of knowing. After you have driven the car with your children in the back seat for a week I'll consider picking it up. Going forward I do hope that others will NEVER be treated the way you chose to treat me. He is bringing in wonderful people and creating the culture that I bought into when purchasing my car initally. As a customer I feel valued and heard. James and his staff took wonderful care of me and I am glad to see the changes being made the communication, accomodations, and care are all I could have hoped for. Service and parts at this dealership is the worst in my history of driving. My new car has the radio go out about a year into it, now it's 2 years later and still waiting on back order for a new one. history of driving. My AC went out recently and we took it there to be fixed, and they did, but that fix only lasted 1 day, now my car is back to have it fixed again, and it has been over a full week. They said they fixed the AC, but during the repair they broke a few plastic clips, and they are waiting for that part to ship in. Last update was the wrong part was ordered and waiting again for the clips to ship in. No one but the receptionist answers a phone. Service and general manager have been left messages to have a call back, but NEVER do. Not even the general manager calls back. If I could call someone higher up than the GM I would. Worst car experience ever. More
