When I entered the Crown Hyundai dealership, I already knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and what I expected to pay for it. Since my specifications for the car were extraordinary for Florida (AWD), the car was located after an exhaustive search in upstate New York. The dealership went way out of their way to acquire and transport the car to St Petersburg, FL for me. After a short wait (for transit time), the car meeting my exact specifications was delivered to me. My experience with everyone at Crown Hyundai was very professional and extremely cordial. In the course of my car buying life, I have purchased many new vehicles and this has been the best consumer experience I have had. More

I had checked the internet compairing different cars and their models before I arrived so I had some basic knowledge. I came back to Andrew and showed him some information I received from Roger Fuller, and a e-mail I received from Sales Rep in Port Richey. Roger and Andrew agreed I could get the Internet Price. Since we wanted a Black SE Sonata we agreed to wait until one came in. When we arrived to pick up our car, Andrew was on vacation, and at this time Roger introduced us to Sheri Travis,we found out that we were the first customer she was handling at Crown. What a delightful girl, who walked us thru all the paper work, and there was lots of that. I'm sure she will be another success story for Crown Hyundai. Then we went to the financial guy Mark Iseral..Mark was also extremely knowledgeable in explaining the different packages that were available to us. One was to treat the car with the Simoniz coating. Mark made the arrangement to have it done while we continued to sign more papers. With all the friendly, knowledgable people walking us through the process, it was a delight to do business with Crown Hyundai dealership. Our experience was we were dealing with people who really knew there product. We were so happy that, indeed we would highly recommend Crown Hyundai, and the staff who helped us. We now are the proud owners of a beautiful Black 2011 Hyundai, which we'll enjoy driving, already we've received many compliments and people ask "What car is that!" More

I can not say enough about these guys - At no time did I feel pressured to purchase a car, they paid attention to my wants and needs which other dealers saw a woman and deferred to my husband. If I had to pick favorites, my favorite was Roger and Justin. There was nothing wrong with Tim but we did not have as much contact with him as the others. I want to praise Justin as he was patient and never talked down to me which other car dealers have done. I would recommend my friends and family to both Roger and Justin highly and would be happy to encourage my friends to consider Crown Hyundai or any other one of their dealerships as the first place they should go when looking for a car. Positive experience buying a new Hyundai SONATA 2011. The sales person (Sanja Breber) and sales manager were very accommodating. I was making my wife a surprise, so one condition to complete the sales was to sales person (Sanja Breber) and sales manager were very accommodating. I was making my wife a surprise, so one condition to complete the sales was to take the car home that evening, show it to my wife and if she did not like it, I would simply return the car and it would be as if I had not been there at all... They accommodate it, and since my wife loved the surprise I returned to complete the deal. There was very little "horse-back riding" when negotiating the price, so it was not totally free of going-back and forth... Prior to stopping by at this dealership, I stoped by at another Hyundai that wanted more than $2,000 more for the same transaction (same buying car and same trade-in). Sanja, the sales lady that assisted me was not pushy at all, and that is a good thing. In total, from test-driving the vehicle to signing the final docs and releasing the vehicle (detailing the car, as they call it) it took around 5 hours. They can improve when doing the detail to release the vehicle. I had to wait around 1.5hour for that. More
