JB was very friendly and willing to assist from the moment we arrived at the dealership. By giving him specifics about the type of vehicle and features/accessories we wanted in the car he was quick to moment we arrived at the dealership. We were impressed by his knowledge about the vehicle and it's features as well as the options available for that car model. He explained in detail the differences between the different models as well as a price comparison. At no time did we feel pressured or pushed towards a product we were not looking for. Once a car was selected his objective was to find what was suitable to our budget and finances for payment. We were very satisfied with the result of the financing. Once the deal was completed, he was thorough in getting us setup with the advanced features of the car, including bluetooth and Bluelink. Overall, this was a very easy car shopping experience and we were very happy with the result. We would highly recommend JB at Crown Hyundai for anyone car shopping. More
I write this review to clarify a survey for Crown conducted by JD Powers regarding the purchase of my new Hyundai Elantra. The total score was lower than acceptable for the salesperson. The lower rating had to do with renovations at the dealership which made it difficult for the salesperson to operate efficiently and at this time the stock was low although we found a care perfect for our needs. I wish to reiterate that Derrick Davis was a wonderful salesperson, very professional and helpful and most responsible in meeting our demands. I feel that some factors were beyond his control. I would return to him again when purchasing and hope the company recognizes his potential. More

Robert called the next day and we set up an appointment to visit Crown Hyundai. Robert could not have been friendlier. We told him exactly what we could spend and what we wanted. He got us a great deal right where it needed to be in a wonderful 2013 Elantra. Felt Robert was very knowledgeable and never felt pressured. He also never tried to sell us something we knew we couldn't afford. The whole process from looking to driving away in our new car was very relaxed; felt like we were spending time with a friend. Very pleasant and strait forward. My wife and I felt like we were talking to friends. My wife bought a 2011 a year ago, and at the time we didn't have the money to get the Limited. The 2013 Elantra Limited we were talking to friends. My wife bought a 2011 a year ago, and at the time we didn't have the money to get the Limited. The 2013 Elantra Limited now has powered seats, which is the main comfort she missed. The Manager gave us 16500 for our car sight unseen. When we got there, they gave us another $500 for our 2011 Elantra w/nav and 22,600 miles on it. Robert Hamm said it was very clean. Everyone was friendly and they worked together very well; always kind to each other. There was no pressure at anytime. The car just arrived so it still has to be preped. They are adding the chromatic mirror and window tint, then delivering it to my wife tomorrow. Best experience ever. I highly recommend Robert Hamm and Dave Laurson. More

We were in email contact with several dealerships, but chose Crown because of location and the effort of these salesmen to give us the best deal on both the new car and our trade-in. In fact, even the finance manager gave no big sales pitch when we informed him we were not interested in an extended warranty. Bob Hamm even paired our cell phones to the Blue Tooth in the car on both of our cars--even our second car, a KIA. More

I didn't feel pressured to purchase a ton of extras I didn't need, and Robert was very easy going. He treated like us friends instead of customers and made the car buying experience much easier and relaxing. He even gave us sandwiches for lunch! I really felt like I got a good deal, and he made sure we were comfortable with the purchase. We worked with Ollie on the financing, and he was able to get us an even lower financing rate than what I was pre-approved for. I liked the fact that he was upfront and honest about everything, and he didn't try to pressure us to add on other warranties, treatments, etc. for the car. The process was quick, professional and I felt like a valued customer. We'll be back for our next Hyundai purchase! More
He promised me everything he possibly could to get me to sign the dotted line. Then he delivered nothing. They messed up my title conversion three times and caused me hours and headaches not to mention mone sign the dotted line. Then he delivered nothing. For my trouble he promised three tanks of gas and now he is refusing to deliver. He was rude and condescending and made me look terrible in front of a room of employees. Please be careful! Do not let him rope you in. More
