I can’t say enough about the out of the ballpark experience that I received having a simple oil change! I love the family feeling every time I visit. This time I saw another school employee in the w experience that I received having a simple oil change! I love the family feeling every time I visit. This time I saw another school employee in the waiting lounge(another satisfied Michele customer) and chatted! I love insuring that car safety issues, tires, brakes, etc. are gone over with me and if now, or in the near future need to be addressed. I have precious cargo with my grandchildren and this is so important to me! Thank you Michele for taking care of my family!❤️ More

I purchased a brand new crv from this dealership not even a year ago; Yesterday I took it in with the service oil light on to do my first oil change. My appointment was at 12pm it took 2 hours and 47 mins to a year ago; Yesterday I took it in with the service oil light on to do my first oil change.
