Routine Service For the most part I was satisfied with Crown Honda's service on my Odyssey. However the wait was a little too long (3 hours) and I didn't think washi For the most part I was satisfied with Crown Honda's service on my Odyssey. However the wait was a little too long (3 hours) and I didn't think washing the car would take more time than the actual service performance. My appointment was for 1:30 p.m. and I didn't leave until approximately 4:45 p.m. After about 2 hours I inquired as to the status of the repair and Jason Imler, service representative, told me that it was in line to be "hand" washed. I waited another 30-45 minutes and then asked him about when my vehicle would be washed. He said it was in line waiting to be washed. I then told him to forget the wash and bring my Odyssey around so I could leave. Jason was very polite and seemed to be acknowledge but had he told me in the beginning that it would probably take the same amount of time to get the vehicle washed (no charge) that it would take to complete the service I would not have requested a car wash and will not in the future. I have continually had good to excellent service from those representatives I have had in the past, but something needs to be done about washing the vehicles perhaps a mechanical apparatus needs to be installed somewhere on the premises. More

Timely and great customer service I took my car in because some lights were on that I knew were not supposed to be on, such as the air bag light. While standing around waiting to figure out who had my appointment, multiple people asked if I had been helped and the gentleman who you check in with got me a bottle of water. Skip answered all my clueless questions politely, and called to tell me what was going on with my car then called again when it was done. He made sure things got accomplished in a timely manner. I would recommend Crown Honda, and Skip to anyone who may not be sure where to turn. They will take good care of you! More
