Our experience with their sales staff has always been easy with no hard-sell routine. Now, when it comes to service, this is why we keep coming back. Michele Dessert has always been our service person. She is very knowledgeable, intelligent and easy to understand and work with. Before retiring I did 99% of my own mechanical work on our cars since I was old enough to drive. I was anxious when I first visited the service department over quality and cost. I can honestly say over the 10 years and many visits, I always felt comfortable dealing with Michele, she was always my first contact point when visiting. Her explanations of what had to be done with the car were brief, knowledgeable and to the point. The value for my dollar based on their pride in workmanship and doing the job right is to be commended. I feel lucky to have found such an honest, caring dealership and employees. I can't say enough about Michele, but she is the face of Crown Honda as far as I am concerned. Thanks!! More

Every person I contact at that facility would make a fine next-door neighbor or friend. Today's service was just another example of how dealerships should treat customers. I have bought my last three Hondas from this dealership, and I will follow it to the new location, which is just north of the current site. I only hope the service department will take its beautiful black cat to the new location. The cat really makes the department seem like home. Keep up the good work! More
