ALWAYS EXCELLENT service by Michele Dessert Unfortunately, my tires were not bought from Crown Honda, but I have experienced problems with severe vibrations and had returned to Sears multiple Unfortunately, my tires were not bought from Crown Honda, but I have experienced problems with severe vibrations and had returned to Sears multiple times where the 4 new tires were purchased, and to no avail. Finally, I went to Crown Honda and expressed my concerns with Michele Dessert whose knowledge far exceeds that of any other facility I have been to. My Honda was thoroughly examined to determine the tire problems and when I left I felt relief to know the avenue needed. Michele and Crown Honda genuinely care about their customers safety and make every effort to always explain in detail their findings. I cannot express my gratitude enough and I am very thankful for my longstanding relationship with the finest Dealership in Pinellas County. More

Excellent customer service We have a 2009 honda civic that was recalled for the paint wearing off. I have been to crown honda a few times, and the service is awesome. The paint job was completed in 5 days, and they gave us a free rental to use while the car was being painted. These folks are so nice!! I recommend crown honda for all your car needs. very pleasant and courtious I had an oil change and my service agent was Jason Imler. He was very pleasant and took very good care of me.
