Service I came in for my oil change on Monday my service advisor was James McLaughlin. Very helpful Daimara Daimara was very helpful when my Honda Fit needed lots of repair after having been stolen. She was so empathic with what I was going thru and put me a Daimara was very helpful when my Honda Fit needed lots of repair after having been stolen. She was so empathic with what I was going thru and put me at ease. On top of that, she was really knowledgeable about the process; the insurance claims, police report and etc. She arranged for the rental car; Enterprise picked me up without me having call them. My service experience at Crown Honda Daimara was my service representative at Crown Honda where I had my front run-flat tires replaced on October 20 2015. Daimara was excellent! She took Daimara was my service representative at Crown Honda where I had my front run-flat tires replaced on October 20 2015. Daimara was excellent! She took the time to explain the problems that my car was having and was patient in answering all of my questions. Because I had to have the car towed to the dealership, she also made accommodations for that as far as timing was concerned. I recommend her highly. More
